Orders
An order is treated as confirmed once UrbanSteps has verified the details with you and you have approved the design and price.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Custom order pricing depends on the design, material and measurements requested.
Product Appearance
Colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished product. Handmade details may differ marginally between pairs.
Cancellations
Custom orders that are already in preparation may not be cancellable. Contact us as early as possible.
